Thank you for your response to the Federal Transit Administration's (FTA) letter and preliminary report of findings of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance Review conducted from December 6-8, 2011 of Utab Transit Authority's (UTA). Enclosed is the final report that incorporates UTA's official response, submitted on March 1, 2012. Thank you for the steps UTA has taken to correct and implement its EEO requirements. There are no outstanding deficiencies.
